overview
The engineered grade prism type reflective sheeting DM5600 series is a non-metalized microprism lens retroreflective sheeting product used for reflective commercial signs and temporary traffic signs used outdoors (vertically exposed to rain). When properly applied to sign substrates, 5600 Series sheeting will maintain its reflective performance and weather resistance over the long term. Its daylight reflectance data and colour comply with EN12899-1 (Europe), DIN67520 and DIN6171 (Germany), BS873: Part6 (UK), NFP 98-520 (France), SN640878 (Switzerland) and ASTM D 4956 (USA).
Surface material
PMMA resin
Release paper
0.075mm single-sided silicone coated polypropylene film
glue
Solvent polyacrylate, permanent (permanent, durable)
Area of use
DM5600 is specially developed for long-term outdoor use, especially for traffic signs, direction signs, warning and information signs, as well as reflective lettering such as numbers and symbols. DM5600 uses an adhesive that has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces such as aluminum and zinc-coated steel plates. For adhesion to other materials such as PP, PE, HDPE, please contact the DM sales team.

- Length of exclusive use: 7 years (without printing)
Notes
Remove dust from the surface of the material to be bonded and make sure it is completely clean. Grease and other foreign objects will have a negative effect on the adhesion of the material. If lacquer or paint is applied to the surface of the material, it is necessary to dry for at least three weeks and completely cure before bonding. Please check the compatibility of your lacquer or paint before applying to the substrate. Self-adhesive reflective film should be applied dry. In addition, the tensile strength characteristics of the construction material may make it difficult to remove the reflective film.
